 My Favorite Smoothie Recipes That Keep Me Full and Energized

 

I've been loving my smoothie journey lately, and one thing I keep getting asked is:
“What recipes do you use?” 🥤

So today, I'm sharing 3 of my go-to smoothie recipes that help me stay full, focused, and feeling great all day.

🍌 1. Banana Almond Energy Smoothie

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • A few ice cubes

💡 Perfect as a breakfast or post-workout boost!

🍓 2. Berry Fat-Burner Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

💡 Packed with antioxidants and fiber to help burn fat naturally.

🥬 3. Green Glow Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 kiwi or green apple

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup water or plant milk

💡 Light, refreshing, and loaded with vitamins.
